Add your what if…? to our exhibition

If we’re going to change the course of the climate and ecological crisis, we need to rethink how we live as communities and societies, not just as individuals. Help us imagine the changes we could make to our city.

Add your ideas to our Shine a Light exhibition in Jubilee  Library.

Have a seat at the Shine a Light table

Besides relevant books and magazines for you to look at, there’s a space next to the chandelier designated for those who want to talk to others about the climate and ecological crisis. If you’re open to sharing your thoughts and talking to others, pull up a chair.

“We all, adults and children, have an obligation to daydream. We have an obligation to imagine. It is easy to pretend that nobody can change anything, that we are in a world in which society is huge and the individual is less than nothing: an atom in a wall, a grain of rice in a rice field. But the truth is, individuals change the world over and over, individuals, make the future, and they do it by imagining things can be different.”

– Neil Gaiman, Author
